Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following t.o.s:
General
I have the right to decline a commission.
Contact is via my Twitter DMs, email, Pixiv or DeviantArt messages.
Reference pictures (for pose, character, outfit, background etc.) are not necessary, but appreciated - even if it's a very simple doodle!
If commissioning an OC, description of their personality is appreciated too.
Commissions generally take anywhere between 1 week to 1 month to complete. *This time can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity, and how busy I am irl.
The commissioner must be respectful during correspondence at all times.
The commissioner can feel free to ask for updates at any time.
Rights of usage
I reserve the rights to the final artwork.
The commission cannot be used for commercial purposes - i.e. making a profit from selling, advertising etc.
The commission can be used for personal purposes - i.e. as a profile picture, banner etc.
The commissioner must not claim the artwork as their own.
Sharing/posting is allowed, as long as visible credit is shown.
Payment options
Card (preferred) - Stripe will be used to send a payment link to the commissioner.
Ko-fi (via donation) - there will be an option to pay using either card or Paypal
Payment details
Currency is GBP
Payment before lineart stage
For installments: 50% must be paid upfront, other 50% can be paid at any time. Please note that the completed commission will not be made available until the full amount has been paid.
Refunds
⭒ Full refund is available if the commission has not been started
⭒ Once the commission has been started, 50% can be refunded
⭒ Once the lineart stage is completed, refunds are no longer available.
Lastly..As I am a student still, sometimes commissions or updates may take a little while. However I will do my best to keep the client informed about any pauses in progress. The understanding and patience of the client is very much appreciated.Thank you for reading!
